Relationship Therapy:
Sessions last 50 minutes and are held on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

There is not a "prescribed" time to work with me, you can interrupt our journey when you feel it's appropriate. However, I recommend committing to a minimum of five sessions to get a real sense of what therapy feels like.
​
We will meet on Google Meet, so that we'll be able to see each other, no matter where you are (you can chose to join from the same space or to use different devices depending on your preference and schedules).

Fees: £120 for 50 minute session.

What to expect:

You'll both get plenty of time to express yourself although that might not be divided evenly in each session.

I'll be there to moderate the interactions and make sure you equally feel safe and free to voice what's important to you.

You'll have the opportunity to get into the difficult conversations with the support of a qualified therapist - I won't leave you stuck in there!​
