You'll get the on going support of a qualified therapist + practical tools (that work)!

Here's what's included:

  • 2x 30min live teaching sessions

  • 2x 30min live (anonymous) Q&A sessions

  • 6x pre-recorded guided self-reflection exercises

  • 1x workbook to guide you through it all

  • 1x Facebook private community to connect with the group/ask questions/share experiences

(You will need a minimum of 2hrs per week to dedicate to the course material - live sessions included)

Course teaching topics:

Week 1: Understand (How do you self sabotage and why?)

Week 2: Change (What could you do instead and how?)

During this 2-week process, you will:


  • Identify behaviours & areas of your life you need to focus on

  • Understand the underlying causes and what keeps them going

  • Get practical guidance on how to start changing them

  • Develop a nicer and more compassionate relationship with yourself (without “letting yourself go”)

  • Increase your self-esteem and gain confidence

  • Access ongoing support, tools and strategies from a qualified therapist

  • Connect with other people who get how you feel

How it works:


Teaching Sessions:

We'll meet for 30 min on Zoom every Monday.

We'll cover the week main topic on which all the exercises will be based on. There will be recordings, so you don't have to access the session live. You won't be forced to share and interact with other participants, however you're welcome to do so if it feels comfortable.

Live (anonymous) Q&A:

We'll meet for 30 min on Zoom every Thursday.

I will be answering questions I've been sent anonymously by members of the group during previous days or that have been shared on the Facebook group. There is also an opportunity for you to ask questions in real time if you feel up for it. The sessions will be recorded so you'll be able to access them in your own time.

Guided Self-reflection Exercises:

I will send you a brief (3-5 min) voice recording on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

These will contain extra content and practical exercises for self reflection. You will be able to do the exercises at your own pace and the material will be available to you after the course has ended. You can also access the recording of the teaching sessions for reference.


There will be a PDF workbook to use as a guide for the recorded exercises and general evaluation of the course. This is for all the visual learners out there!

Facebook Group:

I'll invite you to a private Facebook group for the duration of the course.

I will be part of it and will pop in and out through the weeks to offer on going support/advice. It can be a great way to ask practical stuff (e.g. sessions links) but also to share your process and listen to the ones of others. There is something powerful into realising we're not the only ones to behave this way!

There will be rules on how to interact on the group so that you'll know what to expect.

Big believer that once you admit you are part of the problem, you get to be part of the solution.

I'm an expert on Self- sabotage - I've done it endless times!

But I also found a way to spin my actions and thoughts around so that when life throws things at me now I'm prepared (and less likely to engage in unhealthy behaviours).

My practice is all about helping you get where you want to be, while keeping your inner critic at bay.


  • you feel stuck and want to make changes in your life.

  • you want to get a professional point of view but don't want/can't commit to long term therapy.

  • you want to get some guidance but also are happy to do things your own pace.


  • you need support with a debilitating addiction, an eating disorder or a severe mental health condition (please get in touch if that's the case and I'll direct you to the best service for you)

  • you expect lots of 121 time. Although there will be plenty of opportunities to get bespoken support, this is a group experience and the time will have to be shared between members.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be recordings?

Yes, I'll send you a link to each session on the day.

How much time do I need to go through the material?

You will need a minimum of 2 hours every week to listen to the recordings/attend the live session + dedicate time to the exercises. However, you can also decide to follow the course at your own pace and spread the time out on more weeks.

How will I ask questions if I cannot attend the Q&A live?

You could pop the question in the FB group or message me directly. I will respond to them during the Q&A live sessions of which I will send you the recordings.

How will I get the material?

I will email you a link to a Google drive where all the material is kept.

I will add things to the drive during the duration of the course and will send you an email reminder each time.

How long will I have access to the material?

I'll make it available for 12 months but you'll also be able to download stuff from the Google drive if you want to - then it will be up to you to decide.

Can I access from places that are not the UK?

Yes. The live sessions will be UK time, but you can access the recordings if that suits you better.

Can I pay in other currencies than GPB?

Yes, my paying system will convert the amount automatically.
