MY STORY, INSPIRATIONS AND APPROACH:
I was born and raised in Milan, Italy.
My career choice was heavily determined by classical education and the fascination for a question human beings have been asking themselves from ancient Greece to modern age: “How do we find meaning in our existence?”.
After graduating in Psychology from Milano Bicocca University, I realised a change in perspective was needed to gain clarity on what to do next.
In 2012, I left Italy and moved to London to continue my training.
The impact with a different culture shed light and challenged old ways of being. Before I knew it, learning a new language became more than just a practical obstacle: it was the emotional journey of making sense of me, the woman and the practitioner, far from a familiar and predictable place.
Throughout the years, I qualified as a Therapeutic Counsellor at City and Islington College in London while being part of adult support services across the city, working with bereavement, addiction and PTSD.
Alongside this, I have also assisted students in both mainstream and alternative provisions in managing anxiety, anger, attachment trauma, behavioural issues, ADD and ADHD.
With the considerable experience gained in working within organizations, I decided to create something of my own. I am now fully dedicated to my private practice assisting adults and adolescents on a wide range of life challenges.
My approach to therapy is strongly informed by my story: I believe we carry the collective and personal narratives of the ones who came before us while holding the power to write the next chapter of our own. Sometimes these decisions come easily, sometimes we need a change in perspective. I offer clients an external point of view and a space where to choose what to let go of and what to hold on to before their next step.
